My name is Sarah I am a Reiki Master Teacher, Reflexology practitioner and Indian Head massage therapist and I provide a peaceful, calming and safe environment to provide Reiki, Reflexology and Indian Head Massage.

My Background

I am a registered nurse with over 20 years experience. I have worked across many areas of nursing and spent a large percentage of my time within the field of cancer and palliative care.

Alongside my nuring career I have been working as a holistic therapist and have spent time providing reiki to cancer patients and their families within the NHS.

I’m a passionate healer with an awareness of how healing provides a complementary approach to improving emotional, spiritual and physical wellbeing.

I am dedicated to helping my clients move through a wide range of physical, emotional and spiritual transitions in the most efficient and transformative way possible. My treatments are specifically tailored to the needs of each person to make sure they receive the approach that works best for them.

Reiki - Energy Healing

This is a hands-on body treatment that leaves you feeling relaxed and renewed. The therapy is one you need to experience as difficult to describe.
You remain fully clothed, it can be given anywhere either lying on couch or sitting in chair however you are most comfortable.
I will begin by explaining briefly what will happen including closing your eyes and taking 3 deep breathes in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Allowing your mind and body time to be quiet.
Reiki is given as a whole body treatment head to toe. My hands may feel hot or cold and you may feel tingling or other sensations. This is the reiki energy flowing through your body.

This can be used in conjunction with other alternative therapies. It takes into account the whole person and helps activate each patient’s natural healing processes as well as restoring their physical and emotional well-being.
